Burns Media specializes in photography, videography, aerial, and state-of-the-art scanning technology for virtual tours for the residential real estate industry as well as retail and commercial businesses.
We are an official Matterport Service Partner using an advanced 3D / 360 scanning technology created by Matterport®.
We provide professional photography and video, drone photography and video, 360 degree HDR photography, schematic floor plans, and 3D Virtual Reality tours allowing a viewer to take a virtual walkthrough of properties using a 2D device like a computer, tablet or smart phone, or 3D goggles.
We service areas that span from Woodstock to Mississauga, and Guelph to Niagara Falls, and all cities in between (marked in blue) as well as the Peterborough and Buckhorn areas in the Kawarthas, with more regions to be added in the future.

The Technologies
We utilize professional grade, photography, videography, drone, and 3D tour cameras and equipment. The Matterport scanning system is a state-of-the-art, 3D Virtual reality camera system that we use to gather 3D tour, and floor plan data.
With one photo shoot, we can gather the following assets, with delivery of the finished product in under 24 hours (48 hours for floor plans).
